Description

Salad with tuna, beans and tomatoes
Bought a magazine with recipes. In the description of this salad was the phrase: "nice dress should be comfortable and fashionable salad - hearty".

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    250 g

  • Beans

    0.5 cup

  • Tuna

    260 g

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Soak the beans for 5 - 6 hours. Can at night. Boil until tender 35 to 40 minutes.

Prepare the dressing. Mix olive oil, lemon juice and wine vinegar.

Add the mixture of peppers, salt and sugar. Mix thoroughly.

Red onion cut into rings very thin. Marinate it in the dressing.

Cans of tuna to open, drain and fork to disassemble the fillets into small pieces. Without fanaticism. :)
