Cooking
In warm milk add yeast and sugar. Let stand for 10 min. Add remaining ingredients and knead the dough. Add the flour in small portions. The dough is soft and tender. Put in a warm place to come.
Prepare the filling. I'm too lazy to go for fresh mushrooms and got canned. Fry mushrooms with onions until tender, add cube. At the end of the frying immediately put grated cheese and mix well.
The dough is rolled out to a thickness of 0.5 cm, on the surface spread and smear the filling and roll roll. Then cut with a knife into slices of 2-3 cm and placed on a greased baking tray cut.
I moved a bit from the basic recipe and the toppings added a fresh tomato and ketchup
