Cooking
The crackers should be crushed, I pushed through a meat grinder, butter-melt and cool slightly. In the breadcrumbs add the sugar (half of the 80 g), pour oil and mix well. In the form vystelim parchment and pour our crackers, all smoothed out
Next, the curd mix well with the starch, add the remaining sugar, the juice of half a lemon and grated on a grater zest of the same lemon, and the yolks, previously separated from the whites

All spread on crackers evenly and spread berries.
It all goes in the oven for 60 minutes, temperature 170 degree. BON APPÉTIT!!!
