Spicy chicken with ginger and curry
Hi everyone, I want to share with you the recipe of "Spicy chicken with ginger and curry"! Legs are juicy, spicy and very aromatic! Cook them for a couple of years, really help out when you need to quickly (little time for the preparation of food) and delicious! Thank you for your attention!

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Curry

    1.5 tsp

Onion, garlic, ginger and hot pepper cleaned and chopped (not very finely, can quickly burn).

Legs to wash, to clean from feathers (if current available). Then add salt and pepper to sprinkle on the curry powder, give a couple hours to marinate. When I have no time, I don't marinate.

Put legs on a dry pan and fry on medium heat on one side, about 20 minutes. All depends on the size of chicken legs! Fry under the lid.

Legs flip and add the chopped vegetables, let simmer for about 20 minutes.

If the legs after 40 minutes of soft, the fire can be turned off and give a little more to brew. If piercing with a fork is still going a bit blood juice, then cook further until tender. If starts to burn, add a little water (I haven't needed). Fat and juice is always enough.
