Apricot omelet
"Apricot Omelet" Rex stout there are two kinds of scrambled eggs: apricot and apricot with bacon. The second option I did not dare to cook, but the first is very good. Great Breakfast any time of the year!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cognac

    15 ml

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Break the eggs into a Cup.

Whisk with cold water, cognac, sugar and salt in the foam.

Heat the pan, put the butter and pour the egg mixture. If the pan is small, it is enough for half of the test.

To interfere with one hand in a circular motion, and the other to shake the pan. This is a very subtle point: the omelette should be grilled, but the top should remain a little sticky. Eggs should not stick to the bottom.
