Description
The recipe for this salad I found in a small café during his student years. It just struck me - you lead the ingredients are familiar and accessible, but the taste is simply awesome! And juicy, and vibrant, and crisp! During the students we rarely went to the cafe to eat salads - usually the rule was that the meal we have at home, to have enough money for everything else, so he showed up on my Desk. Salad as we all liked it, so far no holiday passes without it! I would really like that You tried it! Well, fell in love, of course... permanently!

Cooking
Here are the ingredients we will need
Bread cut into large cubes to make croutons
Now we spread our bread cubes on a baking sheet, lightly add salt and sprinkle with your favorite oil (I used sesame). Remove at 190-200 degrees for 5-7 minutes - but keep an eye on them - ovens are different and yours may be angrier and turn the croutons in Gorelik!
Now prepare all the ingredients. Crab sticks cut into strips
Also make sliced pickles and cheese. Cheese can be rubbed on a coarse grater.
Onion cut into half rings and tomato into wedges-quarters.
Now prepare the sauce for the salad - for this mayonnaise, ketchup and lemon juice mix thoroughly
But the most interesting - harvest our salad - I've served with that shape. Set the form in the center of the plate
Lay out the first layer of tomatoes and onions
Next is a layer of pickles
Then a layer of cheese and grease it with sauce, lightly tamping.
Now put the crab sticks and lightly grease them with mayonnaise sauce. Sprinkle with chopped dill.
And of course, our snacks! Remove the mold from the salad gently and garnish with croutons. Here's a lovely little slide we did it! Help yourself!
Well, here's a bowl I'm cooking for guests!
