Prepare this loaf for ten years, the variations were different, but always goes on "cheers"

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1.5 piece

  • Pepper

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

  • Gelatin

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Carefully remove the skin from chicken,separate the meat from the bones

Breast, carefully cut to get the seam of the two Breasts. We have 4 season with salt and pepper. The remaining meat mixed with dried pepper, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the gelatin (but it's optional)

Foil grease with vegetable oil, put the chicken skin on her breast two layers, then the meat, mixed with dried pepper

Put the remaining two layers of the breast

Form into a roll by wrapping all content in chicken skin

Wrap all in foil and in the oven for 90 minutes to cook at a temperature of 220-240 g, before serving to cool, otherwise the loaf will collapse.
