Dong po pork
I did not add salt and any other seasoning, but it was very tasty. Soft skin, like melted, the fat melts in your mouth. Try it, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Green onions

    50 g

  • Ginger

    25 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Soy sauce

    80 ml

  • Fat

    400 g

I had a piece of bacon with layers of meat.

Take a pan, small, so our bite sized. Green onions cut, sliced, equal to the diameter of the pan, place on the bottom of our pan. Top with coarsely cut ginger and sprinkle with sugar.

Top skin up our little slice of pork, with chopped garlic.

Fill it with soy sauce mixed with water.

Put on the fire. When it boils, diminish the fire to minimum, cover with a lid and leave to stew for 1 hour.

After an hour, flip the pork chop and leave to cook for another one hour.

All pork is cooked for 2 hours, then open the lid, turn the meat and evaporate the sauce. Fat take out and leave to cool. Serve with sauce - very tasty.
