Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    600 g

  • Salmon

    180 g

  • Mushrooms

    120 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

Divide the dough in half, roll out (better to do on paper). In the middle of the tortillas put chopped boiled potatoes (I rubbed on a coarse grater).

cover with other half of rolled dough, zasiyaet edge and shape of the fish, make dough scales, eyes, tail, mouth.
