Crepes with Apple filling and meringue
Recipe from Anastasia Skripkina, the performance of mine... I haven got my eye on these pancakes, but cook happened just today.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Apple

    0.5 kg

  • Damn

    4 piece

The cleared apples to cut up, fold in the pan and simmer for 10 minutes under lid without water and oil.

Then add 0.5 cups of sugar and the cinnamon and simmer for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the apples are completely softened, turn off and allow to cool.

Beat the whites, gradually add the remaining 0.5 Cup sugar, and spread on top of rolls. Put in a preheated 100*C oven and bake for 20 minutes. I was in a hurry and not very carefully whipped whites, so I have them slightly spread, but the taste is not affected.
