Description
This recipe I learned from Ilya Lazerson is a wonderful St. Petersburg chef, TV presenter and Teacher (Yes, that's right - with capital letters). Of course, personally, I've never met, but have watched all (or almost all) video tutorials and master classes on youtube. Preparing this cocktail (Lazerson have called it soup) is very simple and fast. Often do for my wife on weekends - on weekdays, alas, no time for anything complicated ;) - and she loves them. Interesting flavor combination of avocado, orange juice, garlic and hot peppers - at first glance seems incompatible tastes, but it's actually a very aromatic and refined taste.

Cooking
If shrimp is frozen - put in a bowl and pour a little warm water
Shrimp clean and throw into boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes. In the process of cooking the shrimp turn red. It is important not to overcook them - otherwise they will become tough and tasteless.
Throws shrimp in a strainer and cool with cold water to stop the cooking process
Take the cilantro and neubaum large.
Avocado peel, cut into slices and put in the blender. Add orange juice (you can add a little water and orange juice - that the amount was 100 ml). Add the peeled garlic. Add the coriander. Processed in a blender to a smooth consistency - should be like sour cream. If necessary, add more juice or water. Add Chile pepper, sugar and salt to taste. Mix
Take the glass to flow and spread layers of shrimp and lots of avocado. Leave a few shrimp to decorate the cocktail on top. Also, take a leaf of cilantro and also decorate the cocktail
