    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Rosemary

    0.5 tsp

Mix all ingredients No. 1.

Carefully RUB the marinade in podcherevok.

Also carefully RUB marinade and turn podcherevok in a roll. Both options remove overnight in the refrigerator.

Close the form foil. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour (time depends on the size of Ukrainian "Salo"). The first 30 minutes at 200°, later 30 minutes at 180°. 10 minutes before readiness to clean polgolla to roll browned. Nice and cold and hot.
