Crispy cheese sticks to wine and beer
“Oatmeal, sir”, but in a very pleasant way. Delicious, easy to make crunchy oatmeal cheese sticks will be a great snack to beer or wine. You can prepare the day before the party, put in an airtight container and just reheat in the oven before serving.


  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.333 cup

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    60 g

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp


1. In a large bowl mix oats, sifted flour, salt, paprika and freshly ground black pepper.
2. For thrill-you can add sweet and spicy paprika. Add the butter, chopped into cubes. Pour the milk and knead the dough. Grate cheese on a small grater, add it to the batter and mix.
3. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 0.5.
4. Cut into strips of width about centimeter.
5. To shift the strips on a baking tray covered with an oiled parchment. Put in the oven on 220S for 12 minutes.
