Cooking
Sift the flour, add powder, egg, vanilla sugar, mix.
Melt the butter and gradually pouring in the flour mixture, knead the dough.
Flatten the dough into a bun, wrap it in foil and send to rest in the fridge for 30-40 minutes. The dough should be soft and easy to break.
Jam triturated through a sieve to remove the seeds and mix it with starch.
Nuts lightly fry in a frying pan and grind in a blender (not too finely). I used walnuts, but I think almond will taste much better.
Take the dough, divide into two halves. Roll out the dough into two sausages with a diameter of 4-4,5 cm Further our sausage roll out with a rolling pin. Get these "Dlinnaya" rectangles. Spin them on the rolling pin and thus transfer to a baking sheet.
Then with your fingers make indentations in our pieces, not reaching the edges. You should get "trough". Put in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 10 minutes.
Take the dough out of the oven, fill the "trough" jam, the top sprinkled with nuts (a bit pressed their hand) and returned back into the oven for 15-20 minutes. Cookies will be Golden brown. Be guided by Your oven. Cookies cool.
Chocolate to break into pieces, add the cream (it is possible and not to add mass would be more dense) and melt in a water bath.
Pour chocolate into condit. syringe and randomly apply patterns on our biscuits.
Next, cut our "trough" in stripes with a width of 2-3 cm.
