Spicy crackers
Thanks to the culinary week "Cooking together" met with such spice as curry, which I really liked, so when a magazine I saw this recipe I decided to cook. Really tasty crackers, my husband and son loved it!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Curry

    2 tsp

  • Mac

    2 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

Cooking

Mac pre-soak in boiling water for 30 minutes.

Sift in bowl the flour and curry powder

Add softened butter and mash in until the mixture resembles bread crumbs

To connect with poppy seeds, cheese and egg yolk

Dough knead well, cover and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

On floured table to roll out the dough into a thin layer. Cut using glass mugs

Put on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with cumin (Jeera) and put into the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 min.
