The Turkey meatloaf with dried apricots and cheese
Dietary Turkey meat, cheese, flavorful dried apricots - great snack with a glass of white wine!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    300 g

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

Cooking

Turkey fillet wash, dry and repel from two sides.

Mix grated ginger, mustard and soy sauce (TM Kikkoman).

To cover the resulting marinade fillet. Leave to marinate for 1 hour (can be overnight).

Dried apricots pour boiling water. Leave for 5 minutes. Drain the water.

Dried apricots cut into cubes.

Cut the cheese into thin slices. Spread on fillets.

Then evenly distribute the dried apricots.

Roll tightly jelly roll. Wrap in two layers of foil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes.
