Cooking
Marinate drumsticks in Teriyaki for 1 hour, sometimes coming up and rubbing them in the sauce;

Ready Shin to hold on paper towels, leaving excess oil;
In portion verrine or cups to pour the sauce on 1/3, paste in verrine in the Shin, add the greens, cucumber and pickle; Served chilled!
