Chicken drumsticks in sauce with verrina
Who doesn't love flavorful chicken drumsticks fried? Of them can make a delicious cold appetizer for a holiday buffet, if they apply a La carte in verinag, and even with your favorite sauce!

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    8 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

Cooking

Marinate drumsticks in Teriyaki for 1 hour, sometimes coming up and rubbing them in the sauce;

To the milk add eggs, salt, garlic and paprika, stir;

Heat the oil to 190 degrees (I use a deep fryer but you can use suitable utensils made of stainless steel with a thick bottom);

In the frying while stirring slowly add the flour until the consistency as pancakes (the flour I have indicated the approximate number, so I slipped gradually and the exact weight I do not know);

Kitchen tongs to dip each drumstick completely in the fryer and immediately send the drumsticks in boiling oil;

Fry with the lid closed 10 minutes;

Sauce you can use your favorite, I made sweet sour cream with cilantro, it perfectly complements the taste of fried drumsticks; stir sour Cream soy sauce sweet, add the garlic, stir;

Ready Shin to hold on paper towels, leaving excess oil;
