Description
Polenta is an Italian porridge made from corn flour, but I decided to make it from millet - a purely Russian cereals, why not. After all, it goes well as a side dish with mushrooms, and with meat, and with vegetables and cheese. And any sweet berries and cheese. This results in a mixture of Russian and Italian cuisines. Come to enjoy!!!
