Rolls of pork ribs in a creamy sauce
Pork ribs (in the form of rolls with vegetables), baked in a creamy sauce. Beautiful, delicious dish on the holiday table.

Pork ribs (need some young pork ribs–a hryaschik) wash, cut into pieces 100-150 grams, length 8-10 see Salt, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, Provencal herbs.

Make cream sauce. Sauce for baking low-fat cream dilute (15-20%), add chopped greens, salt and mix well.
