Cooking
Pork ribs (need some young pork ribs–a hryaschik) wash, cut into pieces 100-150 grams, length 8-10 see Salt, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, Provencal herbs.
Fresh zucchini cut into slices, add salt and lightly fry in sunflower oil. Spread on a napkin to drain the excess oil.
So do carrot - cut it into thin slices, sprinkle with salt and lightly fry in sunflower oil. Spread on a napkin.
Potatoes, wash, cut into 4 pieces, salt and fry until soft in vegetable oil.
Our lightly fry the ribs in vegetable oil. Spread on a plate. Top each piece of pork should be put zucchini and carrots.
Turn pork with vegetables in a roll. Stick with a toothpick.
In the middle of each rolls to insert the quartered potatoes.
Take the sauce for baking (post a photo, people often ask me about it).
Make cream sauce. Sauce for baking low-fat cream dilute (15-20%), add chopped greens, salt and mix well. Put our spring rolls in a sleeve for baking (between the rolls put the cherry tomatoes, they will give acidity)), and, carefully, pour the cream sauce. Tie sleeve, pierce it in 3-4 places, put it in the oven (200 degrees) for 40-50 minutes.
Take out the rolls, spread them on a plate, pour creamy sauce.
