The tilapia I cook often, but always the same. After thawing a few minutes in the microwave and it is ready. Fast and proven, but I want to change. And here, at least products and the result is superb - tender fish on a bed of onion in a crispy bread "coat". The recipe for this dish was posted on the website by the user, a Nutritionist in 2010 and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
I used two small molds and they are easier to bring to the table. If you use one big form, put the fish tightly. Lubricate the form of oil is not necessary. Fish to unfreeze. Onions cut into rings and spread on the bottom of the form.
With bread cut the peel and grind in a blender. Mix crumbs with grated cheese.
Tilapia fillet wash, dry and put on top of onions. Salt, pepper, seasoning to taste. Pour the fish cream.
Beat eggs with salt. I took 3 eggs for such small molds, it was too much, two is enough.
Mix bread crumbs with eggs, spread the mixture on top of fish. Top pour vegetable oil and sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake at 180-200°C until crisp 25-30 minutes. Note: nerezannyh herbs on the fish I put did not become.
