Description
Yesterday I saw this recipe on the Cook and just stunned how much I liked him. Of course redid it your way (proportions, and in the original thalers chocolate), but I will give at the end a link to the original recipe, because I think that fans of oatmeal cookies are simply obliged to know. About themselves thalers is a pastry stuffed with meringue, raisins and oatmeal.... I invite you to watch

Cooking
1 tbsp sugar to warm water until dissolved. This will be our syrup
Pour into a bowl the flour, oat flakes (100 g), baking powder, soft butter, salt, egg yolks, coconut and mix all into crumbs
Pour syrup and knead the dough. If the dough is tight, then you can pour a little water and vegetable oil (as I did)
That is obtained the dough
Make filling. In butter fry the cereal (25g. this is about 2 tbsp)
Whip whites with remaining sugar, add the washed raisins (I dried dark) and roasted cereals
From the dough to form circles, put the stuffing and cover with the other slices. Edge press. I have a filling and I made these oat meringues
The oven to preheat to 180 degrees. and bake for 20 minutes. Bon appetit! foodclub.ru/detail/6787/ - here is a brilliant recipe!
