Terrine of avocado and crab meat
Terrines very spectacular, festive meals and cook them is not difficult. I offer another version of the tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • Crab meat

    150 g

  • Avocado

    4 piece

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    2 sprig

  • Dill

    2 sprig

  • Basil

    2 sprig

  • Tarragon

    2 sprig

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Ricotta

    300 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    25 g

  • Paprika sweet

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Gelatin fill with water for swelling. Cover rectangular in shape with cling film so that its edges hanging down. Avocado slice in a circular movement, separate the halves, remove the seeds, remove the pulp with a spoon. In the bowl of a blender grind with lemon juice, three fruit, one cut into cubes.

Crab meat cut into strips, finely chop the greens.

In a saucepan pour the cream, stir and add swollen gelatin. heat, stirring, until dissolved.

Ricotta in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add the paprika and hot pepper, mix well. Pour the cream with gelatin and beat with a mixer. Separately, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks and carefully, in stages, to introduce them into a mixture of ricotta and cream.

The resulting mixture will separate into three parts. First, add the crab meat and half greens. In the second add the remaining greens and avocado, cut into cubes. Third - mashed avocado. Now collect the terrine. On the bottom of the form put the mixture with crab meat.

Next, lay out a layer of greens and diced avocado.

And the last layer will be the mixture of ricotta and mashed avocado.

Close the terrine with foil and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, garnish the terrine with paprika, lemon slices, avocado or greens.
