Cooking
Slightly fry the minced meat, so that it is not raw. 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. I took a chicken-ground pork with onions
Wet the rice paper with a Matt side, put the stuffing on top in the middle. If the paper is torn a bit, nothing to worry, when you wrap, do not be visible.
Spin as you wish, I wrapped two sides to the center and then down to the end
Raw look like a mini cabbage rolls, in principle it is possible for them and to wrap (like stuffed cabbage). Fry in hot oil on both sides for about 3 minutes on medium heat. Then place them on a paper to remove excess fat.
For the sauce I used 2 options. The first is 3 tbsp. fish sauce, 2 tbsp water and minced garlic clove. The second is a soy sauce mixed with crushed red pepper. Bon appetit!
