Fish on cabbage leaves
I offer you the recipe of baked fish with cabbage.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Fish cleaned, cut into pieces.

Season with salt and pepper. Fry on both sides.

Onion cut into cubes, carrots to grate and fry.

Form grease with oil. On the bottom put the cabbage leaves. (I put more because cabbage is extremely tasty and goes as a side dish). On top lay the fish.

On top of the fish spread onion+carrot

To make the sauce: fry the flour, add butter, mix well. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring all the time. Boil for a few minutes. Pour the sauce over the fish. Grate cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle in the hot oven for 30 minutes.

That's the fish I got. And sprouts are even tastier!!! The taste of the cabbage is impossible to describe. This is a must try!!!
