Cooking
Bring the milk to boil.
Tea required only yolks. Carefully separate them from the whites.
Beat the yolks with the cane sugar "Demerara" from the Mistral into a homogeneous mass.
Brew black tea (1 tbsp) boiling water (50 ml.). It is better to do it in the kettle, but I don't have a large kettle. To withstand welding for 2-3 minutes.
Add the boiling milk. Strongly stir the tea in the kettle with a spoon. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Quickly pour the egg yolks, stirring constantly to keep them curled, 1-2 minutes. Pour custard in cups, to serve for dessert. You can add cream to the milk, vanilla, 10 g of butter.
