Description
This is my favorite salad. Order it often and always get great pleasure. Plays a big role here, tender chicken breast that we cooked with MAGGI seasoning. Come on, try it!

Cooking
Apple wash and cut into pieces. Sbryznut lemon juice. Mix well.
Peel the carrot and using a mandolin to slice into long strips.
In a bowl, mix lettuce and apples
For the sauce mix the lemon juice, mustard and sunflower oil. Beat with a fork.
To add to the salad carrots and pour half of the sauce. Mix gently.
On a plate for serving salad spread. Lay out arbitrarily blueberries.
Chicken breast cut in half. Lightly beat off.
Breast, spread on sheets of MAGGI seasoning Slightly flatten with your hand.
Fry on a dry pan for 3-4 minutes on each side
Ready breast cut into strips.
Sliced breast, spread on salad. Sprinkle the top with pine nuts. Add honey and remaining sauce.
