Salad with egg pancakes and zucchini
Very tasty, hearty and at the same time a salad diet. The unusual dressing of soy sauce, garlic and vegetable oil gives it a special piquancy. Help yourself! The idea is borrowed from A. Mitrofanova.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    4 sprig

  • Salt

  • Black pepper
