Petit fours - this is the usual cookies sandwiched with cream or jam. great idea for receptions and cocktail parties. I have yet to design a minor problem, but I will try... but they are very tasty, especially with espresso.

for the dough: mix the sifted flour with the baking powder, the yolks, the softened butter, sugar and vanilla.
to put it in a package and 1 hour in the refrigerator
take them out of the fridge. portions roll out and cookie cutter to cut biscuits, put them on a greased baking sheet
bake at 200 degrees for 5-10 minutes. to lay out and cool down completely.
for the cream: whisk the softened butter with sugar and coffee.(I used 3 sachets of cappuccino instead of instant coffee).
