Very tasty and healthy flax muffins, perfect for a Lenten table. Pastries with the addition of flax flour has a pleasant nutty taste and aroma, delicate and airy texture. Such rolls AIDS in digestion as a whole will benefit your body.

Products for cooking. Mix the flour mixture with the dry yeast (set aside 2 tsp of flax seeds for topping the buns before baking). In warm water dissolve salt and sugar, add the sunflower oil, stir in flour mixture, knead soft, elastic, lagging behind the walls of the bowl the dough. Divide the dough into 8 parts (it is convenient to use weights, got 8 rolls of 90 g). The form for baking grease with sunflower oil (lay non-stick pad), from pieces of dough, form buns, place them into the form, cover with towel, let rolls rise for 20 minutes.

Left sprinkle with flax seed. Bake rolls in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
