Pumpkin-chocolate bread
Of course for us it's more a cupcake, but in American recipes such cakes like to call bread - "Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread"! Moist, full of flavor and color! Great for Breakfast with a Cup of strong coffee! For the recipe thank you Sally and her cooking blog!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Pumpkin

    340 g

  • Vegetable oil

    120 ml

  • Orange juice

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

Cooking

In a bowl, mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

In a separate bowl beat the eggs with sugar.

Add pumpkin puree, vegetable oil and orange juice.

To flour mixture add the egg-pumpkin mixture.

Mix well.

Add chocolate (chocolate chips, chopped chocolate bar or as I have chocolate chips). Mix gently.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil, pour the batter.

Bake in a preheated 175-180 degree oven for about 1 hour to dry splinter. The finished cake let cool and infuse for at least a couple of hours.
