Eateries muffins
Porous and hearty muffins with meat surprise inside.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Meat

    0.5 cup

  • Dried apricots

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

Cooking

Beat with a mixer eggs.

Pour olive oil and whisk.

Pour the milk and whisk. Add to the dough a pinch of salt and sugar to taste.

Add flour and whisk.

Pour the semolina and whisk. Set the dough aside and move on to the stuffing.

You will need boiled meat.

Dried apricots to steam with boiling water and cut into small pieces. Add the apricots to the meat.

Add grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Mash well with a spoon and stuffing to form balls.

Pour into molds the dough to close the bottom. Put a meatball.

Top meatball pour the batter. Optionally sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with dried apricots. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown. Muffins served warm.
