Incredibly delicious and low-calorie salad with a delightful dressing of yogurt from Oursson. B/W/Y-12.56/2.42/1.75 and 78.81 kcal per 100 grams.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    850 ml

  • Sourdough

    3 g

  • Chicken breast

    300 g

  • Quail egg

    6 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    70 ml

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tarragon

    7 sprig

  • Spices

First prepare the yoghurt. This milk bring to boil and allow to cool to a temperature of 36-40C. The dishes in which to skachivaetsya yoghurt wash and pour over boiling water.

Chicken breast boil in lightly salted water until tender. Quail eggs to boil, clear.

Sprigs of tarragon washed, water to be shaken off. The leaves cut from the stems, chop. For filling in the yogurt add the chopped garlic and the tarragon leaves.
