                            Chicken fillet lightly beat off, roll in flour (a couple tablespoons)                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Carrots grate on medium grater.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            Mix the flour, salt, eggs and carrots, add the lemon zest.                        
                     
                                    
                                                
                        
                            To breaded schnitzel in the carrot mixture and fry in butter on both sides until cooked.
