I agree, meatballs are few who can be surprised, but still try. This dish is perfect (almost) for baby food. I say almost, because fried is not entirely useful... but if at home, on good oil, then why not? The recipe I read in the newspaper "My family", but even before that on TV in the program about fish advised to add in fish cakes cheese, and I thought as something to try. And newspaper recipe turned up on time

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Roll

  • Milk

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bread crumbs

Make the stuffing. The fish (I had the Pollock-fillet) grind in a meat grinder, then the onion and the bread, previously soaked in milk (I mixed milk and water because milk was not enough). Add to the minced egg, cheese, herbs, salt and pepper to taste and stir

If the stuffing is too liquid, then add 1 tbsp of semolina (as advised in the paper the author of the recipe), but my monkey was not. To prepare the mixture for the breading - I crushed homemade croutons in a blender (they already had the salt and spices). In the original recipe the flour should be mixed with seasoning for fish

Roll cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan. In the photo the last portion my meatballs. They turned out very tender, almost melting in the pan, as a result, the husband (who hates fish burgers and cheese) ate them with pleasure
