Cooking
Make the dough. Dry yeast add warm milk and stir. Add the sugar, egg. Then add flour and knead the dough. Leave it in a warm place for 2-3 hours.
Make the syrup from water and sugar. Mix water and sugar and put on fire. Boil for 1 minute.
In Mac add half of the syrup and make a thick "mush" when it's dry, then add more syrup. It is possible that the syrup gets bigger, so do not pour all at once. Put the poppy seeds in the refrigerator until the dough rises.

Suscipiam and turn in the form of a doughnut. Put on a baking sheet.
Top lubricated with egg yolk and generously sprinkle with cane sugar.
