Cooking
In a pan heat vegetable oil, fry the chopped onions.
Add chopped boiled chicken meat, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, remove from heat.
Small beets and a slice of pumpkin, wrap in foil and bake until tender. Cool, peel and cut into cubes. To the vegetables add chicken, garlic cloves, squeezed through a press and sour cream. Mix well.
Hard cheese grate on a coarse grater, add finely chopped fresh dill and red pepper flakes.
Cheese spread evenly over the sides and bottom of the molds. I took a silicone form for baking muffins.
On the basis of the cheese evenly spread out the filling with a slide. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for about 5 minutes to melt cheese.
Cheese "basket" remove from the mold only after complete cooling. Garnish with greens.
