Cooking
The original products. Salad mixture can be any according to your taste, and consists of only one kind of salad. I took the mixture with lettuce radichio, she looks beautiful in a salad.
Spread a mixture of lettuce leaves in a salad bowl, not tamping.
Prepare the dressing: in a jar pour in the soy sauce, vinegar and half vegetable oil, add the powdered sugar and chili pepper.
Close jar lid and shake for 15 seconds.
Pour the filling into the lettuce mixture and mix well to refill around every leaf.
Daikon radish grated or cut into fine strips
Put daikon in saucepan and pour very cold water for 10 minutes. Then recline the daikon in a sieve. Pear cut into thin strips.
Sesame fry in a dry hot pan until it changes colour
Assemble the salad: lay out the daikon on the lettuce, spread on top the shredded pear, just add salt to taste, pour the remnants of the vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and decorate with greens. You can already mix the salad in portioned bowls. Nice!
