Turkey salad with mushrooms
Try my salad! Usually, leaf salads mean cover layers with mayonnaise. Here a minimum of mayonnaise. And, as a consequence, less calories. Help yourself and not feel better!:)

Ingredients

  • Breast of Turkey

    300 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    1 piece

Breast I cut into cubes and marinated in soy sauce + chopped garlic (about 40 minutes, can be more)

Cut onion cubes and fry in a small quantity of vegetable oil. Spread in a bowl
