Salad
Variations of the Caesar salad very much. Today I want to offer my version. Sprouted mung beans perfectly complements the salad. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    2 handful

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Turkey

    0.5 piece

  • Mash

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    0.5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Anchovies

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Baton

    5 slice

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Garlic

    2 pinch

  • Thyme

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Melt the butter, add the dried garlic, salt and thyme. mix well.

Baton cut into cubes and mix with the fragrant oil.

Cubes of loaf arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment and place in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 10-15 minutes.

For the filling: mix mayonnaise with finely chopped anchovy fillets, add garlic, grated on a fine grater. Mix well.

Then add the lemon juice and salt to taste.

In a bowl put the mixed salad leaves, top with Turkey meat, cut into large cubes.

Next, put pepper chopped medium cubes and sprouted mung beans.

Distribute a little of the filling, put the croutons. Decorate with quartered eggs. Serve immediately. Bon appetit.
