Cooking
The products required.
Sift flour, add salt, vanilla and butter.
Knead the resulting mass to crumbs.
Then add curd and mix thoroughly.
Roll the dough out to a thickness of 2mm and sprinkle with sugar.
Cut the dough into strips of 2 cm wide.
Roll each strip with sugar inside and stung.
Molded from flagellum pretzel.
In a bowl put the sugar in for boning pretzel.
Roll pretzel with one or two sides as desired.
To do this with all the strips, place formed pretzels on the baking sheet with a silicone Mat. Bake in a preheated 180 deg. the oven until Golden brown.
