Meatballs with feta and Chile
Spicy meatballs with cheese stuffing really liked my husband and was included in the list of frequent meals. Liked to make meatballs because of sticky mincemeat, but this recipe adds bread crumbs. Sculpt cakes - a pleasure! The Greek kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Onions and garlic are finely chopped. Chili pepper cut in half, remove seeds, finely chop.

Minced meat mixed with mustard, chili pepper, garlic, onion, breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
