Rice porridge in Italian
Unusual, very tasty and satisfying rice porridge. Like not only children but also adults.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1.25 l

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Figure

    400 g

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Almonds

    80 g

  • Mango

    250 g

Cooking

Boil in a saucepan the milk with the sugar, stir in the rice and cook for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow the porridge to cool for 45 minutes.

Almond fry. Chocolate RUB on a large grater. Cream whipped with vanilla sugar.

In the cooled porridge add the chopped almonds.

There's chocolate grated.

Add in the cereal, whipped cream. Stir it carefully.

3/4 of the mango do with the help of a blender puree. The remaining fruit into cubes. I believe that mangoes can be substituted with peaches, apricots or nectarines canned or fresh.

Porridge put it on plates. Around Kashi mango sauce. On top of the cereal cubes of mango. Delicious! BON APPETIT!!!
