Chicken fillet cut into layers and marinated in a number of techniques. Roasted and READY!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    700 g

  • Seasoning

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

Take chicken breast , cut into plates(one half breast out 3 pieces)

Rinse under running water and squeeze.Add 3-4 tbsp of vinegar (vinegar can be replaced with citric acid)

After 2 minutes add the vegetable oil, mix well.

After 3 minutes add spices,and tsp sugar

After another 3 minutes, add 3-4 tbsp of mayonnaise and let stand 10 minutes

Preheat the pan with oil and lay out the "layers" of meat into a frying pan and fry each side not more than one minute.

Spread on a dish and decorate,ideal for fresh Basil leaves.The side dish can be mashed potatoes,pasta. BON APPETIT!
