Arancini with shrimp
Arancini Italian. arancini — "little oranges". The name of the dish got thanks to a rich yellow-orange color after frying in oil, giving arancini resemblance to small oranges.

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella

    50 g

  • Dutch cheese

    70 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Shrimp

    40 g

  • Butter

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

Arborio rice is boiled in salted water. Shrimp defrosts and just boil in salted water.

Hard cheese grate pomace. Butter at room temperature. The stuffing will need 2 eggs.

Prepare the filling: wash the herbs, chop; mozzarella cut into cubes maledicte; boiled shrimp.
