Warm salad
Quite unusual, but very tasty, harmonious salad! It may serve as a side dish to meat or fish.

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

    300 g

  • Spinach

    40 g

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Lemon

Cooking

Brussels sprouts, pour water so that it covers the cabbage. After boiling, cook under closed lid on slow heat for 8 minutes. Drain in a colander.

Spinach not very coarsely chop.

The cabbage roll in breadcrumbs and fry in olive oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add roasted on a dry pan nuts, spinach, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Fry for 3 minutes.

Optional ready-made salad can be sprinkled with lemon juice.
