Description
A salad recipe with that name for quite a long time shared with me mother. I have an amazing woman! At 54 she is full of energy, enthusiasm, humor, and easy going. One evening she and dad holding hands returned from the theater (catch all that in my youth there was no time and opportunities) and decided to go eat. Mom ordered this salad and since then prepares it at home, as I do for all holidays. I like that the salad is placed in layers and long enough has an aesthetic appearance, and the presence of my favorite cashew nuts.

Cooking
Chicken boil in salted water until tender, cool and finely chop or cut the fibers. If dry - add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and put half of the chicken in the salad bowl first layer. Not liberally lubricated with mayonnaise or make a mesh. If the chicken is mixed with mayonnaise, then this layer can not be lubricated.
Put half of the finely chopped pineapples. To grease with mayonnaise.
Put half of the sliced slices of mushrooms. To grease with mayonnaise.
Grate on a coarse grater cheese. In this salad I really like the Maasdam. Also put half and thinly grease with mayonnaise.
Then the layers repeat and generously sprinkle the salad with chopped dried nuts. Let stand in the refrigerator for a couple hours. All. Bon appetit!
