Rice with mussels
Well, very quickly and simply:)

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    500 g

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

  • Onion

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Rice put on to cook:)

Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and fry it in butter.

When onions are browned, add to the pan of mussels.

Salt, pepper. Leave to simmer without covering with a lid ( so the water is a little evaporated). Pour in the wine. Leave a little out. If you get plenty of fluids, cover do not cover.

Add cooked rice to mussels. Stir. Ready:) Bon Appetit! PS on request it is possible something there and another sketch: corn canned, pineapple or bell pepper slices. In General, as You tastier:)
