Macaroni casserole
I wanted pasta, but my husband is a vegetable pudding))), but I always found a compromise :-P

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Eggplant

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

The pasta is cooked, drain in a colander. Tomatoes and aubergines wash, peel,cut into slices and salt. Onions and garlic peel, chop and sauté in vegetable oil.

Add and fry the minced meat. Season with tomato paste, salt, ground black pepper, cinnamon and oregano.

The oven heated to 200 degrees. Beat eggs with milk and half the grated cheese. Eggplant wring out, roll in flour and fry on both sides.

Pasta, eggplants, tomatoes and minced meat spread in layers in a greased form. Pour the milk with the eggs and sprinkle with remaining cheese. bake for about 35 min.
