Here are my favorite ingredients!
Sauté the onion in olive oil
As soon as the gold - add the diced tomatoes. The skin pre-clear
After 3-4 minutes ( as soon as I let the juice) - sliced or finely torn Basil better. (I'm not used to cooking with a camera just gape and tomato cubes melted into a puree - the taste is not affected, but in appearance...) So be on the alert!
Fry in a separate pan in olive oil and garlic (a whole head of young garlic!) Do this very quickly, literally 1.5-2 minutes, or then it starts not so pleasant smell... : ( There is a cut maslinka. I was with bone. had to trim. They must not fry, but only a little bit to warm up.
Boil pasta. Like a good Italian, but I was a bundle of pasta "MAKFA". Too. While hot, mix with crushed feta cheese.
Mix contents of both pans of pasta. Enjoy!!!
