Chicken ventricles in Chinese
Inexpensive tasty dish for fans of giblets.

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    1 kg

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Soy sauce

    7 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Vinegar

Chicken ventricles cook hours 2-2,5, cut into strips and fry.

Onion cut into half rings and pour the hot brine (salt, sugar, vinegar). After 15 minutes cooling - ready.

Fried gizzard, add the red pepper, I put somewhere between 0.5 tsp.

Cover with a lid and simmer for about 15 minutes.
